Age requirement
You must be at least 13 to use Imran, and you confirm this when you create an account. People aged 13 to 18 should use it with a parent or guardian's permission. Accounts found to belong to children under 13 are removed.
Not for emergencies
Imran cannot help in an emergency. If someone is in danger, or you are having thoughts of harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. In Bangladesh you can call 999 for emergency help.
Content that is never allowed
Sexual content involving minors, threats or harassment, hate speech, instructions for weapons, drugs or malware, fraud and scams, private data about other people without their consent, and deepfakes of real people made to deceive. Requests like these are refused and repeated attempts end access.
Check before you rely on it
AI can make mistakes and invent details that sound convincing. Verify facts, figures, names, laws and medical or financial guidance with a trusted source before acting on them.
Generated images
Pictures you create are AI-generated. Please label them as such when you share them publicly, and do not use them to impersonate real people or to mislead anyone.
Report a problem
If you see an answer, an image or an account that breaks these rules, write to info@theremoteus.com with the details and we will review it. Serious reports are handled first, and we act within 30 days.
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend or permanently block an account or a device that breaks these rules. Where the law requires it, we also cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities.
